THESE ARE THE SAME DENTISTs FROM SOUTHERN VIEW DENTAL. THEY JUST TOOK OVER THE BUILDING AND KEPT THE NAME.
I WOULDN'T RECCOMEND THEM.
Website says hours of operation are 8 am - 6 pm. I have been calling all morning and no one is available to take my call??
THEIR SPRINGFIELD OFFICE IS DIRTY.
The office staff were nice and friendly but my 7 year old son is scared of the dentist and the nurse told my husband not to waste his breath trying to calm him down. They also told us that my 12 year old daughter had a cavity but when we took her to the orthodontist, a week after that appointment, they completed full X rays and exam and found no evidence of a cavity! My family will not go back.
Dr. Ruggless and staff are amazingly patient and caring. Today my son was seen by them for a broken filling. He has anxiety and is especially anxious to go to the dentist. They were amazing, gently talking him through the process. I am so thankful to all of them!
